This workshop is designed to provide an introduction to Git and GitLab, essential tools for version control and collaborative software development. We will begin with a general presentation on data organization, covering the fundamentals of file management. Participants will learn best practices for structuring projects, managing changes, and maintaining a clear history of their work.

Following the presentation, you will engage in a hands-on workshop focused on Git and GitLab. This session will guide you through the core concepts of Git, including repositories, commits, branches, and merges. You'll also learn how to use GitLab for collaborative coding and issue tracking.

By the end of the workshop, you'll have practical experience with Git commands, as well as a solid understanding of how GitLab can enhance your development process. Whether you're new to version control or looking to sharpen your skills, this workshop will equip you with the tools and knowledge needed to manage your code effectively.
